About Us

Bofinger's Mission:

Bofinger is dedicated to providing an atmosphere of integrity in which the need & expectations of our guests & employees are met and exceeded consistently. Bofinger represents the best in fast casual dining with a fun atmosphere that welcomes everyone that loves good food.

We pride ourselves on our naturally smoked meats, home made sauces, fresh product and affordable prices.

Bofinger Barbecue Smokehouse first opened in the NDG neighborhood of Montreal in 2007. Our goal was to introduce authentic Southern Style BBQ to Canadians.

At Bofinger, we prepare all our food with great care. Our famous NATURALLY Smoked Meats are prepared in a true fusion of Southern/Quebec style: Dry rubbed and smoked with maple wood for up to 24 hours. That’s right! Our famous smokers are cooking up delicious barbecue while you sleep.

In today’s fast paced world, it’s comforting to know that there are certain things that just can’t be rushed. At Bofinger, we cook it low and we cook it slow. Then, to ignite your taste buds, it is basted with your choice of homemade sauces. Our fast-casual service allows us to dish up our succulent cooking quickly and at affordable prices.

It’s no wonder we went from nearly unknown status, to being picked as one of Montreal’s “top 10” casual dining establishments in less than one year!

At Bofinger, quality is everything. That’s why in a world where food is often over-processed, pre-packaged and frozen, Bofinger makes everything fresh with no additives or preservatives. Our Bofinger BBQ Team takes great pride in our outstanding product and we are committed to be the quality brand for barbecue with a reliable crew and fun food culture.

We invite you to come and share our passion.
